By accessing or using InsightsDash ("the Service"), operated by InsightsDash, Inc. ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.
InsightsDash is a web-based analytics and reporting platform that aggregates data from third-party services (including Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and various web auditing tools) and uses artificial intelligence to generate insights, reports, and recommendations. The Service is designed for web professionals, agencies, and consultants.
To use the Service, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep your account information updated. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
You agree not to: (a) use the Service for any unlawful purpose; (b) attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service; (c) interfere with the proper operation of the Service; (d) use automated systems to access the Service in a manner that exceeds reasonable usage; (e) resell, redistribute, or sublicense the Service without our written consent; or (f) use the Service to scan, audit, or analyze websites you do not own or have authorization to analyze.
The Service connects to third-party platforms (such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and others) through OAuth or API connections. By connecting these services, you represent that you have the necessary permissions and authority to grant us access to the data in those accounts. We access this data solely to provide the Service and do not share it with third parties except as described in our Privacy Policy.
The Service uses artificial intelligence to generate reports, recommendations, and analyses. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated content may contain errors, omissions, or inaccuracies. AI-generated insights are provided for informational purposes only and should not be considered professional advice. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying any AI-generated content before acting on it or sharing it with clients.
Certain features of the Service require a paid subscription. Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. You authorize us to charge the payment method on file for all applicable fees. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.
You retain ownership of all data you provide to the Service, including any data imported from third-party integrations. We claim no ownership over your data. You grant us a limited license to use your data solely to provide and improve the Service.
We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service. We may perform maintenance, updates, or modifications that temporarily affect availability. We are not liable for any damages resulting from service interruptions.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, InsightsDash, Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of revenue, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the twelve months preceding the claim.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may cancel your account at any time through the Service settings. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We may retain certain data as required by law or for legitimate business purposes.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the Service. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in Delaware.
